Vegan Chunky Monkey Shake: (150 calories/serving)
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup of chocolate almond milk
- 1 cup of cubed ice
Blend all ingredients together and pour into two glasses for deliciousness that satisfies that chocolate craving.
I seriously doubt this. A banana itself has about 110 calories, a tablespoon of peanut butter has about 90, so that’s already 200ish not to mention adding whatever kind of milk you’d like to use. Sounds delicious but…. do the research before you reblog :)
