Today was cardio day! 45 minutes of a treadmill hiit workout. 5 min warm up 1 min walk at 3.8-4.0 30 sec run at 6.0 1 min run at 7.0 All at 0.5 incline for fun :) New record: 3 miles in 35 minutes! I’m the worlds slowest runner :)
